Recipe: Sludge
"Sludge" is a loving nickname given to my favorite snack. Its basically my struggle meal. Sludge is honestly extremely versatile and almost everytime i make it, its different. This is perfect for a work lunch or fast breakfast or stupid easy dinner.
Ingredients:
- half can of tuna
- egg
- mayo/greek yogurt
- musterd (or really any sauce u like)
- salt/pepper
- rice
first thing you need to do is boil the egg. NEEDS to be soft boiled. If you dont like soft boiled egg, just try it again in this, trust. Id rather you add no egg at all than A HARD BOILED EGG. eugh... ANYWAY you need to boil some water, i add a dash of salt in the water. wait for the water to boil and then add the egg. 6 minutes on the dot and then transfer it to a cold water bath. ice is best but i dont have ice.
Next put some rice into your bowl. fresh or old rice works. add in your half can of tuna into the bowl. make sure to squeeze the water out first. add a couple tablespoons of mayo/greek yogurt. drizzle mustered over top. add your peeled egg (i prefer to serve it cut in half). finally, top off with some salt and pepper.
BOOM! you've made it. throw it in the microwave for like 30 seconds with a wet paper towel. its like a pokebowl but not pretty and bare bones. here is a list of optional ingredients i like to add. Also, im pescaterian, you can use canned chicken or whatever you want. you can actually just do whatever you want with this recipe and ya know what that goes for life man. do your own thing. anyways...
